Working closely with clients we can take a homeowners initial ideas and requirements, forming a concept design and developing it further to full working drawings submittable for planning and building regulation approval.

Our technician can advise and guide clients in current legislation governing planning permission approval and what constitutes as a permitted development (not requiring any planning application).

For projects that require a planning application we can prepare and submit all relevant documentation to gain project approval.

Building Regulations

Any alteration to or within a household that will be used as a 'habitable space' is subject to comply to building regulations. Keeping up-to date with the approved documents is a must for our technician and ensures that projects will gain full building regulation approval and a certificate of completion.
